Packed full of flavour, these savoury bites will put a smile on your little one's face at lunchtime!
Serves 8|Takes 15-20 mins
1 can (400g) Chickpeas (drained)
1/4 cup (30g) Self Raising Flour
1/4 cup (25g) Flahavan’s Oats
1 small Chopped Onion
1 handful of Chopped Fresh Parsley
1 handful of Chopped Fresh Coriander
1 small Garlic Clove
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1 tbsp Water (if its looking dry)
Mash chickpeas with a potato masher
Add rest of ingredients and mix well. You can give it another mash.
Fry on medium high heat a few minutes on both sides
Note: Blending the ingredients in an electric blender is also an option!
