Chia & almond overnight oats by Lili Forberg

Prepare these overnight oats the night before for an effortless but delicious breakfast

Serves 2|Takes 65 minutes


1/2 cup Flahavan’s porridge oats
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup (125 ml) almond milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) natural yoghurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
Fresh berries , toasted almonds and maple syrup to serve



Add the oats, chia seeds, almond milk, yoghurt and maple syrup into a container.

Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, add some fresh berries, toasted almonds and maple syrup to serve.
