Mango & Coconut Overnight Oats

Serves 1|Takes Min. 2 hours

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Flahavan’s Jumbo Oat Flakes
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
2 tsp Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Coconut Yogurt
1/2 cup Chopped Mango

METHOD:

Combine the Jumbo Oats, coconut milk, Coconut yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup and half the mango and soak overnight in the refrigerator.

In the morning top the mixture with the rest of the mango pieces, as well as toasted coconut flakes, a drizzle with maple syrup and quinoa pops.
