Bueno Baked Oats
A melt in your mouth chocolate delight!
Serves 1|Takes 15 mins
INGREDIENTS:
45g Flahavan’s Organic Jumbo Oats
½ small banana
1 medium egg
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Pinch of salt
½ tsp baking powder
25g chopped white chocolate
10g chopped blanched hazelnuts
1 white Kinder Bueno
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add the Flahavan’s Organic Jumbo Oats, banana, egg, salt, maple syrup and baking powder into a blender and blend until smooth.
Set aside one square of white chocolate. Mix in the remaining roughly chopped white chocolate and pour the mixture into a small baking dish.Top with the Kinder Bueno and chopped hazelnuts. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until light brown on the top and set around the edges.
Melt and drizzle the remaining white chocolate over to top of the oats, and they’re ready to serve. Enjoy!
