Oat lovers are in for a treat as the nation’s favourite porridge brand, Flahavan’s, is delighted to announce the launch of a new Overnight Oats flavour – Cranberry & Chia, just one year since the successful introduction of this innovative product format to the market. Flahavan’s Overnight Oats is a convenient combination of delicious Flahavan’s Irish oats, dried fruit and seeds, which can be prepared in advance and enjoyed straight from the fridge.

The new Cranberry and Chia Overnight Oats is now available nationwide and boasts a delicious combination of Flahavan’s Irish oats, cranberries, chia seeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and linseed to create a healthy and wholesome breakfast.

Flahavan’s Overnight Oats is not just handy but nutritious too with over 65% wholegrain oats providing a natural source of fibre and the slow release energy that’s perfect for keeping even the busiest of bees buzzing until lunchtime! Vegan friendly and packed full of tasty goodness this exciting addition to the Flahavan’s portfolio provides a refreshing, chilled start to they day.

To prepare your nourishing breakfast of Overnight Oats just add milk (dairy or non-dairy), apple juice or water to a bowl of 50g of Cranberry & Chia Overnight Oats, and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours. Then enjoy it delightfully chilled the following morning as it is or with a variety of toppings and accompaniments from fruit, spices and seeds to compotes and creamy nut butters.
